Our Account Managers lead and manage the client relationships and implementation of ongoing marketing initiatives. In this dynamic and evolving marketing climate, you must be solution-focused, obsessed with details, and have an eye for understanding how digital marketing strategies align with the client’s business objectives. You will be participating in internal strategy meetings, leading client meetings/calls, and assisting in process development. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to grow within the Rocket55 team.


  • Oversee 5-10 complex digital accounts
  • Spearhead multi-channel digital strategies across multiple accounts
  • Responsible for consistent delivery of flawless execution (on time, on budget, high-quality)
  • Own complex deliverables such as annual planning presentations and report QA, checking all materials for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior level team members
  • Maintain account profitability, while maintaining client satisfaction
  • Plan deliverables and team workload on a regular basis, with the ability to shift projects and tasks based on client’s needs
  • Work closely with Account Directors to identify sales opportunities and propose new ideas to clients
  • Effectively manage risk by proactively communicating project timelines and expectations to clients
  • Act as the client advocate by thoroughly understanding the ins and outs of your client’s businesses and marketing strategies
  • Ensure strategies fit your clients’ objectives, brand, and audience
  • Proactively manage the day-to-day of ongoing client relationships, including email communication, in-person meetings, calls, presentations, etc.
  • Follow-up with clients and internal team members to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Maintain client satisfaction, ultimately leading to client retention and account growth
  • Work within multiple deadlines in a calm and efficient manner
  • Build trust in team members by taking initiative, responding quickly and accurately to requests from client and internal partners

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • 3+ years client service/account management experience in an agency setting
  • 3+ years of experience with SEO, SEM, and/or Social Media strategies
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other Content Management Systems
  • Understanding of Amazon or other marketplace platforms
  • Analytics/Google Ads Certified
  • Basecamp or other project management software experience
