Role: Marketing and Sales Associate
Pay and Training
Allstate will provide paid training ($37,900 – $52,000) for 12 weeks, where the candidates will receive their Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License.
After completing the 12-week training, the salary is $63,000 – $94,800, which included base salary and uncapped monthly discretionary incentives. Allstate will also provide internet reimbursement, health insurance, pension, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and PTO.
Location:
The role is remote and is a national role. Allstate would prefer we focus on candidates in Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, and Dallas/Fort-Worth, but are willing to hire in other areas. Unfortunately, they are not able to accept candidates from the following states: LA, MA, MI, NV, NJ, NY, MN, AK, CA, CT, FL and HI.
Requirements:
The qualifications for this role are 1-2 years of sales experience with a focus on prospecting and lead prospecting. The Google form includes additional information regarding responsibilities.
