The Client Success Coordinator reports to the Senior Account Manager and the right candidate will largely be autonomous in managing their account.

As a Client Success Coordinator, you will manage your own portfolio of enterprise clients, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively, manage multiple projects, and work collaboratively with internal teams will be key to your success in this role. This role is a hybrid, with primary Account Manager responsibilities along with some Project Management responsibilities.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Join the Account Management Team in managing a large portfolio of clients requiring managed services for marketing, analytics, and other technologies
  • Develop and maintain effective client relationships and grow accounts by always thinking beyond the current services offered, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Switch context multiple times a day to provide support for various client needs and requests
  • Coordinate communication and delivery with technical pods of experts to ensure timely resolution of client requests
  • Use digital systems such as Jira (JSM), Salesforce, and Time Tracking systems to manage internal teams and client requests
  • Direct the client and team towards the best solutions, delivering client-focused solutions based off client goals
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality work by our teams, understanding the scope of projects as defined by the business requirements and budget process
  • Maintain client satisfaction scores and assist in identifying process improvements for more effectively managing these clients
  • Assist in the creation of customer contracts and agreements

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent consulting agency experience preferred
  • Customer service or client service experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Comfortable with digital systems such as Jira, Salesforce, and Time Tracking systems
  • Google Analytics or Marketing Platform experience is an asset
  • Excellent listening, presentation skills, negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and attention to detail a must
  • Excellent organization skills is a must
