Customer Data Integration Specialist

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Overview

We are looking for a Customer Data Integration Specialist I, who will be responsible for the mapping of data from customers’ property management systems to our client’s proprietary accounting system

Responsibilities

• Facilitate data transfers from customers’ property management and point of sale systems to our client’s product suite (an accounting system).
• Map data accurately based on industry standards and specific customer business requirements
• Create and execute customized implementation plans to enhance customer operational processes
• Collaborate with customers to establish data feeds between property management and point of sale systems and our client’s software.
• Train customers to maintain mapping integrity post-implementation
• Periodically conduct group webinars for customers requiring supplemental training.
• Create and maintain support documentation for customers and internal employees
• Employ excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver customer requests effectively
• Build and maintain positive business relationships with co-workers and other business contacts
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required – preference given to degrees in Hospitality or Accounting.
• Experience working in a customer facing and/or detail oriented position.
• Ability to balance and manage several projects at varying stages of completion at once.
• Ability to work in a time-critical environment.
• Remain adaptive to rapidly changing business needs and processes.
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to speak and write in English professionally.
• Strong knowledge (Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, etc).
• Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
• Specific certifications and trainings adding to the global experience of this professional
  welcomed.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and co-workers. 

Must live in the Tampa, FL area and be open to working a hybrid schedule (2 days Work from Home and 3 days in office)
