Customer Engineering Manager

Location: Onsite in Hillsboro, OR

Pay Rate: $90,000-$125,000

Hours:  Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships with all relevant individuals in your designated district, including performing regular customer visits
• Manage, coach and direct a team of customer engineers including salary planning, career planning, performance appraisals, and corrective actions where necessary
• Act as primary point of contact between internal product divisions
• Manage KPI’s for contracts
• Responsible for account planning with District Sales Engineer
• Responsible for financial forecast and cost efficiency for your district
• Responsible for system installation from planning, reporting and execution, initial meetings, and process support
• Update employees on new business, hires, and products
• Conduct presentations concerning specific projects or schedules
• Create reports necessary for business updates

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in business, financial or engineering disciplines
• 4-7 years experience managing engineering teams
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Background in salary planning and financial forecasting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective team player with continuous learning mindset
• Productive business acumen demonstrated through working successfully with customers
