Data Analyst / Deposit Product Pricing Manager

Location: Hybrid (Remote but must live in Charlotte, NC)

The Deposit Product Pricing Manager is responsible for organizing and executing deposit interest rate and fee changes from an operational and analytical perspective. This role will develop requirements for pricing projects, analyze portfolio, measure strategy impacts, and lead issue management. This role will work closely with partners across several areas to advance key initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute deposit product pricing strategy, leveraging deposit systems to implement changes
  • Research and escalate issues, identify root causes and support remediation to minimize client impact and operational loss
  • Track and evaluate portfolio performance and profitability
  • Develop reporting and controls for new business processes
  • Analyze deposit product strategies, initiative performance and client behavior trends for interest rates, fees, overdraft, refunds/waivers, and payment solutions
  • Form strong partnership with key partners across the enterprise, including legal, risk, compliance, product management, front-line units and technology

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, adaptable to ever-changing requirements
  • Critical thinking with ability to analyze key data elements necessary to solve problems
  • Ability to translate business partner and leadership requests into actionable business requirements
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred:
    • 4 year degree
    • Experience with SQL/SAS coding
    • Experience with Interact and/or Synergy
    • Understanding of Consumer & Small Business products, channels, and financial performance measures/drivers
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
