Description:
Location: Everett, WA; Mesa, AZ; Ridley Park, PA
We work with an organization named Specialisterne whose mission is to help place autistic and neurodivergent (ADD/ADHD, OCD, and similar ways of being) candidates into professional technical roles. While we help Specialisterne get the word out, we in no way identify or track students/graduates of ours who identify as autistic or neurodivergent. This email is sent to all graduates for those who do identify as such to confidentially disclose their identity to Specialisterne for these incredible opportunities. The application deadline is March 26, 2022 at 11:00PM EST.
Specialisterne partners with Boeing to recruit for several entry-level engineering disciplines. Diversity and inclusion are part of Boeing’s values at the highest level. Having diverse employees, business partners and community relationships is vital to creating advanced aerospace products and services for diverse customers around the world. Boeing understands that being a truly equitable, diverse and inclusive company requires a commitment not only to their team members but also to communities across the globe. It means meeting people where they are and acknowledging that we may need different things to bring our best selves to work.
