The Role

This role is the key link between the Product Manager and the development team. The role is responsible for providing the user stories that deliver the business value and solve customer problems, through high quality products. 

Job Duties

  • Articulate and write user stories to deliver the customer value, in line with the Product Strategy, Roadmap and defined Epics and Features. 
  • Solicit feedback from internal subject mater experts and customers to incorporate into upcoming backlog items. 
  • Work closely with Product Management to maintain product backlog in alignment with roadmap, including prioritizing, grooming, and understanding acceptance criteria. 
  • Provide iteration planning and elaboration of user stories. 
  • Establish release plans in alignment with resources, while maintaining awareness of customer issues impacting milestone dates 
  • Articulate Product vision, strategy and direction to Agile teams and stakeholders.
  • Inform management of ideas, risks, and achievements of teams.
  • Triage Support cases
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a technical field, or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a technical field.
  • Knowledge of product management methodology and processes.
  • Knowledge of the product development processes.
  • Familiar with Agile process and principles. 
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Able to take abstract ideas and develop into an implementation plan. 
  • Able to follow technical conversation and contribute to thought and planning.
  • Work well in a team environment
