Responsibilities:
- Entering financial activity in QuickBooks
- Managing Bank and PayPal accounts
- Reconciling GL accounts
- Preparing journal entries
- Creating invoices in QuickBooks
- Preparing checks, ACH , and wire payments
- Preparing financial reports
- Communicating with them (Account Managers) about accounting processes and best practices
About You
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of both accrual and cash basis accounting
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook, knowledge of Pivot tables a plus
- QuickBooks experience
- Working knowledge of GAAP
- Experience creating A/R and A/P Invoices and processing and initiating payments
- MS PowerPoint experience is considered a plus
