As the HumanTouch LLC Growth Director you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth strategy and plan to expand our footprint in the government sector and foster strategic partnerships. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure wholistic company participation, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and analyzing date to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives. You will be responsible for leading business development efforts, cultivating client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for revenue generation. You will have a direct sales target and lead /develop a team to support growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company’s vision, goals and objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities and government policies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Business Development
    • Lead and oversee the BD, Capture and Marketing team to achieve the growth objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, key stakeholders and industry partners.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed growth targets.
    • Manage and grow the opportunities’ pipeline.
  • Client Engagement
    • Serve as a point of contact for key government clients and perspective clients, understanding their needs and working with our client delivery and solutions team to bring solutions that meet clients’ needs.
  • Partnership Engagement
    • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other federal contractors, technology vendors and industry influencers to enhance the company’s capabilities and market presence.
    • Negotiate and manage partnerships to drive mutual growth and success.
    • Work with industry advocates to drive growth and success.
  • Market Positioning
    • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and brand recognition in the government sector.
    • Position HumanTouch LLC as a thought leader in the industry through participation in conferences, forums, industry events and articles/blogs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 7 years proven track record of success in business development, sales, and strategic leadership.
  • Extensive experience in the government IT contracting space.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
