They are looking for a Level 1 Help Desk Associate to provide white glove service to internal end users.

Qualified candidates must be able to commute to downtown Atlanta, GA 4 days per week.
Responsibilities:
As a Help Desk Associate, you will support a team of highly driven private equity professionals. The consistent functionality of their tools and systems is imperative and you will treat all issues with a strong sense of urgency and professionalism. You will provide a white glove touch to all requests, and utilize yoru street smarts to resolve issues prior to escalating to senior level Admins and leaders.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Level 1 or Level 2 Help Desk Associate required
- Superior Microsoft skills required!
- Current experience in an enterprise, corporate environment directly supporting executive level end users
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, customer service skills, communication, and demonstrated sense of urgency
- Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management
- Superior experience setting up users within O365, and troubleshooting issues within various O365 applications
- Proven experience assisting with new hire on-boarding including:
- Installing required software / applications onto laptops
- Imaging hardware
- Providing system training
- Bonus points if you have experience troubleshooting cloud environments as well!
