IT User Support Specialist 1 is a great entry level opportunity with growth potential toward a cybersecurity career with Yebo Group. The ideal candidate should have experience providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware and respond to those queries either in person or over the phone.

The preferred candidate will be able to multitask, work well under pressure with great attention to detail, and be customer service oriented. The right person loves a challenge, is comfortable being thrown into new IT environments and solving tough technical problems. You must love technology and learning new skills.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Providing on-site/as needed desk side training to local and branch users for convenience tasks.
  • Responsible for handling phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, document management system, standard Windows desktop applications, phone systems and other technologies.
  • Providing hands on support, when necessary, to identify, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network related problems experienced by end users in a multi-site network.
  • Utilizing Service Desk application to update, resolve, and/or escalate, incidents, requests and problems in a timely manner.
  • Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation pool.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Attention to detail, ability to balance multiple projects and strong time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency supporting Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint)
  • Microsoft Windows Administration
  • On-Site Support
  • New Desktop Computer System Setup
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • The ability to find answers to tough questions
  • Experience upgrading and migrating computers and network equipment is a plus
