This is an exciting opportunity to jump start your career in the financial industry.  The Junior Associate role is an entry-level position within Axos Securities.  The Junior Associate provides broad support to the Axos Advisor Services department through an array of responsibilities.  Have the opportunity to learn and develop under experienced leadership with opportunities to advance in your career! 

Responsibilities:

• Process outgoing distributions via check/wire/ACH and internal transfers
• Set up and maintenance systematic distributions and contributions
• Process RMDs and death distributions
• Process incoming and outgoing wires and ACHs
• Work with intermediary bank relationships
• Reconcile daily and monthly cash activity
• Process incoming check/wire/ACH deposits to client accounts
• Balance and reconcile daily posting activity
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to manage multiple and/or shifting priorities, and produce professional and accurate work product, under time constraints
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work across all levels of management
• Advanced computer skills including all MS Office systems
• Highly-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and in a group environment
