Jr. Associate Lead, Data Science

The Associate Lead of Data Science and Business Intelligence is endlessly curious, equally teachable and an independent learner, a problem-solver who triumphs in finding solutions, adaptable and fearless in the face of curve balls, independent yet collaborative, kind, and obsessed with detail.

Responsibilities:

• Validate data to ensure accuracy of reporting
• Clean and combine data via ETL
• Create dashboard visualizations to showcase key metrics
• Maintain the existing business intelligence infrastructure and ensure client-facing reporting remains operational
• Train clients and internal team members on the features of the business intelligence instance
• Stay current on platform enhancements and consistently seek additional platform education
• Work with the team to conduct a variety of analyses including regression, time series forecasting, and classification

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or Mathematics
• Basic programming knowledge
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities especially the skills to work with tight deadlines and on multiple clients and projects
• The ability to work independently without daily oversight
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal team members
