Autosnap is a SAAS start-up specializing in next generation Automotive Ad Technology, located in Austin Texas.

We are searching for a part-time, high value junior Full Stack PHP Laravel developer, with desire to learn advanced software skills while working with AI, Image Recognition, and large volumes import / export of vehicle data. Our goal is to hire a candidate who would like to work on contract with long term prospects of full-time employment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in 2 or more high level programming languages and frameworks: (Laravel, PHP, Java, JavaScript, Python)
  • Experience working with continuous integration of data imports and exports
  • Experience working with Automotive Dealer Management Systems a plus
  • Motivated to learn while advancing your programming skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly analytical with strong problem solving and debugging expertise
  • Exhibit flexibility, prioritization and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Preferred:
    • 2 years of programming experience in a professional environment
    • 2 years data and Image orientation
    • Automotive industry experience working with vehicle data
    • Experience with DevOps tools (Git or Jira) and Test Driven Development (TDD)
