You’ll conduct research primarily with our customers, but occasionally with externally recruited participants when necessary. You’ll provide insights to help the team shape and improve product solutions and effectively prioritize across initiatives.

Our researchers also conduct usability testing, concept and prototype testing, unmoderated studies and tree testing from time to time. Our researchers may conduct in-person contextual enquiry / ethnography or quantitative surveys, but this happens rarely

At Forecast we are committed to user-centered product design and our researchers are at the core of ensuring that what we build is providing real value to our customers, solving real problems for them in a way that is as easy to use as possible. This is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills while making a real difference for our customers.
