We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to build and execute marketing campaigns to drive growth within the association and credit union verticals. The ideal candidate will have the desire to gain a deep understanding of the association and credit union industries and their market trends. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing programs that align with our company’s overall strategy. What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company’s overall strategy to support growth within the association and credit union verticals  
  • Assist industry leaders in conducting market research specific to credit unions and associations to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape 
  • Manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and advertising 
  • Drive brand awareness within verticals  
  • Build a content strategy to support marketing objectives within the association and credit union markets
  • Plan and execute events and conferences, including identifying opportunities, managing logistics, and ensuring effective communication with attendees
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing programs and use data to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with marketing automation, digital advertising, and content marketing platforms
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience planning events and preparing for conferences
