Comprehensive Primary Care, Germantown is searching for an experienced Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. This is a full time position for an adult outpatient office practice.

Primary responsibilities include performing physical exams, chronic disease management, ordering diagnostic tests and prescribing appropriate medications, collaborating and communicating with specialists, educating patients regarding healthy lifestyle and creating wellness plans.
