  • Provide independent primary health care services, with the ability to consult with a physician as needed by phone
  • Assess and manage patients from birth through 21 years of age
  • Obtain thorough medical history, system review, manage diagnostic testing, and perform physical examination
  • Review and manage medications
  • Provide coordination of care with physicians and hospitals as needed
  • Triage patient phone calls
  • Share evening/weekend call
  • Provide vacation coverage as needed
  • Provide additional administrative duties to improve patient care, staff interaction and overall practice growth
  • Manage behavioral/mental health concerns: ADHD, Anxiety and Depression in adolescents

Minimum Requirements:

  • Completion of an approved pediatric nurse practitioner program
  • Current PA state RN license and CRNP certification
  • BSN, MSN preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience providing comprehensive primary health care services to pediatric patients
  • Current DEA license

Salary : TBD, based on level of experience
Annual CME allowance and paid malpractice insurance
