Pensions Application Support Analyst

Description:

Our client, an insurer is looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide support and specialist technical knowledge for business applications and data feeds. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, has a collaborative working style, and can solve complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience supporting business applications
• Manage and take responsibility for incident resolution
• 3rd party vendor and stakeholder management
• Investigate business requirements, analyse, and evaluate technical performance, recommend improvements to applications, systems, and services
• Work closely with Application Team Lead and Developers during the implementation of new functionality/enhancements, coordinate testing, and manage any failures with other IT functions, business users, and 3^rd party testing partner
• Communicate the content of each release and its impact on the business
• Pension experience desirable
