GalaxE.Solutions and its Outsource to AmericaTM(O2A) workforce development program is building the next generation of IT engineers by providing training to non-IT professionals to fill in- demand roles that are currently being outsourced due to the lack of talent in the United States.

O2ATM Trainees join the GalaxE team as full-time employees and undergo rigorous technical and soft-skills training, as well as mentorship led by GalaxE’s subject matter experts. Trainees are then assigned to a GalaxE Project Delivery Team where they will receive on-going support while advancing their careers by engaging in real-world projects for today’s industry leaders. Responsibilities:

O2ATM Trainees join as a member of a diverse cohort of aspiring IT professionals. Trainees receive formal training and mentorship in roles and skills that align with GalaxE’s technology requirements. Once the initial training program is complete, team members receive an opportunity to use leverage their skills and bring value to live projects. O2A Program Graduates grow their careers as a member of GalaxE’s GxCoreTM project delivery teams. The initial training focus for this position is Software Development and Quality Assurance.

Qualifications:

O2ATM Trainees must possess the attitude, aptitude, and drive to be successful in a career in technology. While no college degree or work experience is required, qualified applicants must possess the following qualifications.

• Passion for learning new technology and expressing ideas
• Desire to work as part of a team in the IT field

• Self-starter motivation
