Description:
This is predominately remote but candidates will need to be able to report to an office as needed in one of the listed locations. This is a Tier 1.5 service desk role that desires 3-5 experience.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing platform or other ITSM tool
- Experience using Active Directory to assign group permissions, authentication processes, etc.
- Self starter – will seek information on their own first
- Desktop/laptop and mobile device troubleshooting
- Ability to remote into workstation to troubleshoot
- Access to connect directly to router and work in a professional and quiet environment (call center ready)
