Job Title: Bilingual ServiceNow (SNOW) Developer Analyst
Type: 1-year contract 
Location: 100% Remote
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Starts: ASAP
Ends: 12 months after start date
Pay Rate: $85.00/hour to $100.00/hour  

Position Summary:
Require development support for the ServiceNow platform to drive Service Desk Tool Modernization. Development deliverables will be focused on configuration of Service Operations Workspace and simplification and modernization of our virtual agent.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop implementation strategies, analyze, design and document programs or applications.
  • Develop or code programs or applications
  • Ensure the harmonious integration of the technical components of the solutions and resolve any problems
  • Executing the ITSM module with enterprise hub integration
  • Provide solutions that remain low code and aligned with out of the box best practices (out of the box flows, out of the box topics, etc.)
  • Work with a cross functional team
  • Effectively work with stakeholders both internally and externally to the organization
  • Understand business requirements and implement technical requirements while working with standard design principles
  • Engage with the Architect and Team Leads to produce high-level and /or detailed design of requirements
  • Estimating development effort for requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bi Lingual – or French Speaking is a must
  • Computer Science Diploma or Degree; or related work experience
  • Java script experience
  • Must be ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certified
  • ServiceNow Application Developer Certification (is considered an asset)
  • ServiceNow Implementor Certification (is considered an asset)
