TEKsystems is partnering with a Fortune 20 company to deliver a training program specifically tailored to their Site Reliability Engineer needs throughout the organization. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door at a large, innovative company and gain hands on working experience in an environment that will foster your growth. The 4 week training program will be 100% remote, but then you will be asked to be located/living near Phoenix, AZ during the contract and once converted full time at the client.

Program Overview:

Training: March 25th – April 26th (Standard hours 9am-5pm MST)

  • 100% Remote

Training On The Job: April 29th – June 26th (Standard hours 9am-5pm MST)

  • Hybrid (2-days onsite)

On The Job Contract to Hire: June 27th – April 29th, 2025 (Standard hours 9am-5pm MST)

  • In Person

Timeline Details

13.5 weeks training/bootcamp (March 25th – June 26th)

  • Must have a computer with Windows 10, Internet access, i7 processor or greater, 16 GB of RAM or greater, 256 hard drive or greater with at least 100Gb available, Webcam with Microphone/headset.
  • Compensated $16/hr (Paid out weekly)
  • This will be the equivalent of a full time job – with the expectation that you are logged in each day and participating accordingly.
  • The client is investing time and money in each person who attends the class, so if selected you will be asked to sign a 12 month commitment contract stating that you agree to work for the client (contracting and/or full time) for at least 12 months following the training.

Contract to Hire (June 27th – April 29th, 2025)

  • During the contract portion you will be a W2 employee of TEKsystems, compensated $25/hr.
  • Additional mentorship and guidance will be provided during this time – we want to make sure you are successful in your IT career


  • Bachelor’s degree within IT (Preferably Programming, Networking, DevOps)
  • Personal Computer (not MAC)
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without company sponsorship now and in the future. (Contract and Full-time as a W-2 employee)
  • Skills to pass IKM assessments with a score >60
