Position Overview: As our Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our social media strategy. From crafting compelling content to monitoring analytics, you will have the opportunity to build and implement your own creative vision. This is a unique chance to showcase stunning multi-million dollar homes while leveraging your expertise to expand our digital footprint.


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build relationships and drive brand loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement promotional campaigns, contests, and other initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to track progress and inform future strategy adjustments.
  • Occasional travel to Park City to capture content and attend events (approximately 4 times per month).


  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content concepts.
  • Proficiency in photography, videography, and graphic design tools/software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Flexibility to work remotely with occasional travel as needed.
