In partnership with reacHIRE, T-Mobile’s TechX Returnship Program is designed for professionals seeking to jump back into the workforce this new year.

About the Program:
This opportunity is a 6-month, full-time, paid return-to-work program in Washington, Kansas, Virginia, New Jersey, Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, California, and Colorado. Some of the positions are also remote roles. During the program, you’ll be paired with a group of fellow professionals also returning to work, forming a cohort that will navigate the program together. You’ll gain relevant work skills and experiences through challenging projects, assignments, and training. You’ll also get to build a professional community, network, and receive ongoing coaching and mentorship to help you continue to develop. reacHIRE provides 360-degree support with interview and resume prep, finding the right role, comprehensive training, and a Program Manager to help you every step of the way!

At the end of the program, you may be eligible for full-time or extended contracting work at T-Mobile, but it is not guaranteed. We are recruiting candidates with a variety of skill sets into a cohort which will start in January, 2022.
