Schedule: FT, hours based on business needs
Salary: $24 – 31/hr DOE

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot advanced computer and network problems
- Provide L2 help desk support
- Provide mentoring/training for L1 help desk support
- Advanced Active Directory setup and administration
- Excellent written documentation
- Liaison with 3rd party vendors in order to support the customer
- Assist with projects
- Ensure a positive internal and external customer experience
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a technical support role
- Experience in Windows System Administration, Powershell, Networking and Security is a must
- Extensive experience with setup and administration of Windows Servers, Active Directory, firewalls/routers, and core network protocols and office 365 administration
- Intimate understanding of small/medium network designs
- Extensive experience with backup solutions and concepts
- Attention to detail
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
