Schedule: FT, hours based on business needs
Salary: $24 – 31/hr DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot advanced computer and network problems
  • Provide L2 help desk support
  • Provide mentoring/training for L1 help desk support
  • Advanced Active Directory setup and administration
  • Excellent written documentation
  • Liaison with 3rd party vendors in order to support the customer
  • Assist with projects
  • Ensure a positive internal and external customer experience
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a technical support role
  • Experience in Windows System Administration, Powershell, Networking and Security is a must
  • Extensive experience with setup and administration of Windows Servers, Active Directory, firewalls/routers, and core network protocols and office 365 administration
  • Intimate understanding of small/medium network designs
  • Extensive experience with backup solutions and concepts
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
