Job Description

The Technical Implementation Engineer will implement custom technical solutions for existing
customers as well as guide new customers through the onboarding process. They will contribute to
product development through collecting customer feedback, internal testing and brainstorming new
feature ideas.
This is a hybrid position – generally remote with the exception of one required day a month in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements, develop scope and schedules for custom projects
• Ensure that project implementations are completed on time, within scope, and meet client
requirements
• Develop code and configurations that support business processes through Field2Base products
including forms design, workflow, integration and analytics
• Provide resources, training and support as needed during new customer onboarding
• Establish and maintain customer relationships through ongoing consultation on Field2Base
products
• Contribute to future product development and business processes
• Participate in product testing and quality assurance process as part of Agile lifecycle
• Create detailed new feature and bug fix requests for the development team
• Contribute to existing and new documentation for internal and external audiences

Qualifications:

• Must be in a commutable distance to Morrisville, NC
• Ability to work independently – must be able to lead projects with minimal oversight
• Proficient with JavaScript, SQL, API/REST Web Services, HTML and/or XML
• Familiar with Office 365 Applications
• Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
• Excellent oral/written/interpersonal communication skills
• Desire to learn new technologies

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $60,000-$65,000
