You will design graphic elements and build UI components in addition to creating supporting material, such as explainer videos and quick reference guides, to drive the adoption of our software.  Ultimately, you will help to grow our customer base by delivering an amazing customer experience.

If you have a portfolio of professional design projects including work with web/mobile applications, are comfortable with design software and wireframe tools, and have experience with rapid authoring software for animation, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate each step of the design process, from research to implementation
  • Analyse and track user stories
  • Design responsive user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, banners, poster), as well as branded presentations and training material (user guides, training videos)
  • Collaborate with product management and developers in developing compelling UX deliverables and specifications
  • Present design decisions to senior stakeholders with confidence
  • Identify design problems (e.g. accessibility, responsiveness) and devise elegant solutions
  • Adhere to style and AA accessibility standards

Qualifications:

  • We would prefer experience in the following:
  • Using wireframe tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma and InVision)
  • Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills and can easily build rapport with others
  • Able to work as a part of a dynamic team
  • Commercial awareness
  • Good planning and organising skills and natural problem solver
  • Keen interest in technology and good IT skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills to hit key deadlines and rapidly turn around deliverables
