Description:
As a Web Project Manager, you will serve as the day-to-day contact for key new accounts. You will be expected to manage website builds while building a strong rapport with your clients. Being a personable and skilled communicator is imperative for this position in addition to managing client expectations and hitting budgets & deadlines. You will participate in internal strategy meetings and client meetings/calls. If you are excited about the digital world and building lasting relationships with clients, this may be the role for you!
This is a full-time position with an opportunity to grow within the Rocket55 team.
Responsibilities:
- Project manage website builds – you can expect to manage 8-10 projects at any given time
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients
- Assure projects are completed efficiently and on-budget
- Define & develop team processes
- Manage and set client expectations
- Manage projects using provided PM tools & internal processes
- Ensure a high-level of quality in everything that’s delivered to clients
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in web build project management
- Solid verbal/written communication skills
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Willingness to take on any task/feedback with enthusiasm
- Fast learner and accepting of constructive criticism
- Ability to work cohesively with other project managers, strategists, designers, developer, and other subject matter experts
- Bring a proactive, resilient, flexible, team-oriented, and client-service-driven approach to each day
Nice to haves:
- Familiarity with WordPress & Shopify
- Base-level knowledge of Design, Web Development, & SEO
