This is a part-time, unpaid position and 100% remote. We can offer company equity in return for your time. Our team is globally distributed, but we maintain common working hours of 10am – 2pm Pacific Time.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to raise awareness of our mental health platform and reach our target audience effectively.
- Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with the founders and marketing leadership to plan and execute impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to drive innovation and maximize results.
Qualifications:
- Passion for mental health advocacy and a desire to make a positive impact in this field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools to measure and track social media performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
