Description:

You’ll join FDM as a Consultant within our Software Engineering Practice, where you’ll start your journey developing key skills in a practice-based learning environment for 6 weeks. You will then be able to start delivering projects for our clients across a wide range of industries. Client assignments could provide you with the opportunity to take on the role of Software Engineer, Quality Engineer, Cloud Developer and more. You’ll have the chance to develop your career, whether linear or non-linear, as our Skills Lab offers numerous upskilling opportunities to enhance your abilities or explore new areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills  
  • A strong aptitude for technology and the interest and drive to expand your technical skill set
  • Foundational coding knowledge in Java/C+/C#/Python or Javascript
  • Able to commit to at least two years of employment with FDM as a Consultant following the initial training period
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship
