Description:

The Executive Coordinator will provide administrative support to Partners, Principals, and Managing Directors in a hybrid work environment. They will coordinate meetings, manage calendars, handle travel arrangements, and facilitate team communication. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives’ schedules, correspondence, and travel
  • Prepare and edit documents and presentations
  • Coordinate projects and meetings
  • Handle time and expense management
  • Liaise with internal and external teams
