Work You’ll Do 

Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and who are eager to apply innovative AI technologies across various industries? As an Artificial Intelligence & Data Engineering Analyst at Deloitte, you will be a crucial member of a client service team, working directly with the client and Deloitte leaders to address complex challenges, enhance performance, and generate value for our clients across various industries. You will support strategic business transformation through the application of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to our clients’ most intricate issues. This includes tasks such as developing machine learning models, implementing AI-driven processes, crafting innovative AI applications for enhancing business operations, implementing large-scale data projects for business and IT transformation, designing and running data and analytics solutions as part of a DevOps team, or formulating and executing a technology strategy that leverages AI and data to meet executive-level business objectives.

The Team 

Our Deloitte Consulting team not only plays a major role in directly embedding technology insights into our clients’ organizational goals, but also designs, creates, implements, and deploys these solutions. Engagement teams at Deloitte drive value for our clients but also understand the importance of developing resources and contributing to the communities in which we work. We make it our business to create and deploy impactful solutions, both within and beyond a client setting. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or a related field, completed by Spring/Summer 2025 
  • Experience with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Informatica, Power BI) 
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn) 
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) 
  • Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.3 cumulative GPA preferred).  
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve 
  • The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate is $95,000.
