Business Analyst

Description:

Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, conduct business & risk analysis, project planning and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with modified program. Design systems for work simplification and measurement studies, prepare procedures to assist management in operating more efficiently. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems for work simplification.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BO), Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Use Cases by using various Business Management methodologies including Rational Unified Process, Agile(Scrum), Waterfall and user interface design (GUI).
• Perform UML (Unified Modelling Language) Design, Rational Rose, MS Visio, Activity Diagrams, Swim Lane Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Process flow diagrams. Conduct User Acceptance Testing with the stakeholders and business users to identify bugs.
• Write SQL queries on Oracle and SQL Server Databases to extract the Data for data validations. Generate and understand ER Diagram (Entity Relationship Diagram).

Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelor’s Degree and two years of experience in the job offered.
• Knowledge of listed methodologies, oracle and Microsoft Visio.
• Paid travel to unanticipated client sites within the U.S. is required.
• No telecommute and remote access.
