IDR is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join one of our top clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of data across the organization. Responsibilities:

  • Perform tests and comparisons on large data sets to ensure data integrity
  • Run data queries to identify coding issues and data exceptions, and clean data as needed
  • Gather and interpret data from primary or secondary sources to identify trends
  • Evaluate system enhancements and recommend resolutions for identified issues
  • Collaborate with data engineers to improve and standardize data collection and storage processes
  • Communicate corrective actions to staff and leadership when errors are discovered
  • Define and maintain data standards, definitions, and models

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, information management, or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience in a data analysis role
  • Proficiency in programming languages, including Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Strong understanding of database management, data warehousing, and ETL processes
  • In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and tests
  • Experience with data organization and calculation programs such as Power BI and MS Excel
  • Exceptional analytical and advanced problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
