Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Services Business Analyst to join our team in Ft. Detrick.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide database related technical expertise to application development teams
  • Analyze applications, provide solutions for performance issues, solve complex problems
  • Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support database solutions.
  • Provide analysis for data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes.
  • Assist in designing and implementing growth strategies for databases, ensuring they can handle increasing data needs.
  • Collaborate with software developers and other scientific computing staff to optimize database performance and support application development.
  • Analyze and design efficient data architectures.
  • Analyze and implement data schemas and data warehouses for effective data management and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams to understand data needs and propose solutions for effective data utilization.
  • Assist and the implementation and maintenance of data integration processes for seamless data flow across various systems.
  • Optimize data systems and designs for maximum performance and data integrity.
  • Define and implement data governance policies and best practices to ensure data quality and security.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two (2) or more years of experience
  • Business Analysis experience
  • Functional Medical Logistics experience
  • Experience or knowledge of SAFe
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have an Active Public Trust Clearance or be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. You do not need an Active Public Trust to begin employment
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
