Description:

We are looking for a digital paid media coordinator to join our team. This candidate will assist work with the digital paid media team in day-to-day setup, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager & other ad buying platforms.

With direction, provides day-to-day support for agency digital marketing programs, either alone or as a member of a team. This includes collecting, maintaining, and analyzing data for digital marketing accounts, and providing recommendations based on insights gathered.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day setup, management, optimization and reporting of digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Paid Social, & Programmatic Media.
  • Experience in digital marketing platforms including but not limited to: Google Ads (Search/YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Google Analytics.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (including creating data tables, charts, and graphics)
  • Collaborate and communicate with all agency teams
  • Ability to share actionable insights for presentation to clients and account teams
  • Update clients/agency with digital media trends and topics
  • Constantly explore new digital options, platforms and analyze for client benefit

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of related work experience or education
  • Basic knowledge of digital platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
  • Presentation Skills
  • Able to manage client expectations
  • Strong organizational, mathematical, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Able to engage effectively with diverse individuals at all levels
