The Documentation Specialist is a full-time, on-site position supporting service desk operations for a Federal Client. This position is critical to the success of the OIG and Service Desk. The ideal candidate will be a team player experienced in developing technical writing/documentation and building effective working relationships in a customer support environment.


  • Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports, including monthly and weekly status reports.
  • Design/create/maintain technical and knowledge-based documentation including, but not limited to:
    • Knowledge repository
    • Process/procedure documents
    • Online help
    • User guides
    • White papers
    • Requirements documents
    • Use cases
  • Ability to work onsite daily with the government customer and our HumanTouch team


  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a moderate background investigation and SAMHSA Drug Screening test
  • Minimum education required: High School Diploma or GED
