Description:

SkillStorm is actively seeking Full-time Entry-Level Salesforce Developers in San Antonio, TX for one of our enterprise clients. This position will receive 12 weeks of training (40 hours/week) to ensure they are ready to hit the ground running day one on the job!  This position will be on-site and requires the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop low-code solutions in Salesforce using Flows
  • Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Components (Aura), Visualforce, and JavaScript
  • Debug transactions and develop scalable code with a strong understanding of order of execution and governor limits
  • Assist in maintaining and updating Salesforce database objects, Salesforce production orgs and sandboxes, and instance security configuration
  • Migrate data across instances and deploy code from source control (Git) to sandbox and production orgs
  • Integrate Salesforce with external APIs (REST and SOAP)
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Develop reports and dashboards to analyze data within Salesforce
  • Communicate all ongoing activities and results to business sponsors, stakeholders, and management.
  • Ability to work with project teams to successfully deliver new or modified functionalities.
  • Keen attention to detail to deliver solutions that meet business requirements and are operationally supportable.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Required
  • Experience with software development using a modern OOP language (Java, C#, or similar) with a strong understanding in programming, data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL
  • Experience with Apex programming language and Visualforce framework (preferred).
  • Familiarity with integration tools and APIs (e.g., REST API, SOAP API).
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
