Description:

Assignment will focus on project management, process development and automation of current business process within an existing Sales and Marketing campaign. Program Management: working with the current team to refine and enhance existing processes to improve performance, communication, and documentation of the Age-In Program.

  • Program Goals and Goal Management
  • New Work Intake process and Management
  • Communication Planning and Management
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Performance Management
  • Resource Planning

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective.
  • Report development and analytics.
  • Project management – planning, execution, and measurement.
  • Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelors degree or have graduated from an accredited university within the last year.
  • Motivated and resourceful self-starter with strong communication skills and basic project management knowledge, with an understanding of the value of process enhancements.
  • Results driven, curious, organized, problem solver, knowledgeable in common technologies (Microsoft, excel, PowerPoint).

  • Internships will span 10-12 weeks and will include orientation, Kaiser Permanente speaker series, programming and connection to broader organization
  • Applications will be considered on a rolling basis until the position is filled
