Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Network Infrastructure Security Project Manager with extensive experience in quality delivery leadership, particularly focused on Zscaler technologies. The ideal candidate will lead and manage end-to-end quality and testing activities related to infrastructure-network and network security projects, ensuring seamless patching, upgrades, integrations, and emergency fixes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of infrastructure change quality, applying the full lifecycle of Software Testing Life Cycle and Infrastructure Testing Life Cycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, workload prioritization, issue resolution, incident management, and proactive fixes.
  • Ensure application of quality engineering practices to prevent impacts on clients/business users from Network infrastructure changes.
  • Develop roadmaps and maturity plans to enhance processes and tooling.
  • Drive quality efficiencies and effectiveness using automated solutions and increasing automated testing capabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership for Network LAN/WAN TCP/IP principals, security infra components, and security products.
    Define Infra Test Delivery strategy, approach, and execution for change requests, developing detailed test plans.
  • Coordinate testing with application teams and Infra change teams during infrastructure changes.
  • Perform root cause analysis for continuous change quality improvement.
  • Act as an escalation point for project and change delivery, issue and risk management, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred (Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, etc.).
  • Relevant certifications in Computer Infrastructure, Testing, and Project Management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, encompassing a broad understanding of core infrastructure components and architecture.
  • Familiarity with automated testing types, environments, and frameworks.
  • Solid experience in various testing disciplines, including functional testing, regression testing, and non-functional requirement testing.
    In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, MPLS, QoS, routing protocols, DNS, addressing, and sub-netting.
  • Expertise in VPN security, redundant Cisco routers, firewalls, and computer systems architecture.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, and ServiceNow Portfolio Management, and Smartsheet.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, ADO, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of COTS Products LifeCycle, patching, upgrades, and deployment into environments.
