Description:
This role is intended to identify optimal solutions to specific opportunities within the business and suggest different approaches that encourage well-being, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from Sales and Executive Leadership.
- Use SQL Server and Microsoft Excel to generate data from multiple data sources, including Salesforce, Cornerstone OnDemand, SSRS and other reporting systems.
- Perform needs analyses with leaders and team members to identify the appropriate solution for the specific opportunity described.
- Determine cost effectiveness of manual vs. automating reporting solutions, based on frequency, likelihood of repeated usage, customizing input values, and other factors.
- Coordinate and prioritize data requests with Data Engineering & Analytics in IT when additional support is needed.
- Translate business use cases into actionable reporting solutions.
- Advise Sales leadership on different solution approaches based on the context of the business situation.
- Analyze Sales data including loan details, aggregate production (file imports, submissions, and closings), account/contact information, competitive industry market share data, and many other metrics.
- Understanding business needs and collaborating with other technology stakeholders to deliver high quality, technology based, business solutions.
- Identify opportunities to implement automated solutions and/or improve existing processes to reduce the margin of error and become more efficient.
- Perform data validation.
- Ability to solve problems through troubleshooting and analysis.
- Communicate at the highest level with stakeholders, I.T. and clients with reporting needs to provide transparency into the status of their request.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio, and ability to read/write SQL code is preferred
- Must have a strong knowledge of the business and I.T. with the ability to speak both languages.

- Act with a sense of urgency, while taking measures to ensure data accuracy.
