Sr. Fullstack Java Developer

Description:

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Hours: Normal business hours on EST
Pay Rate: $65 – 75/hr. w/ a $120,000 – 140,000/yr. conversion salary

Location: Open to remote

Responsibilities:

• Design & implementation work (already have BA who is doing the requirements gathering)
• Work with existing team members to understand the Lync platform and how to add or expand services within it and develop API calls etc.
• UI & service integration & database work and using spring-boot dockerized containers
• Developing APIs for services and documenting and modeling systems from front to back-end and building it out etc.
• Mix of On-prem services & a few cloud ones
• NodeJS, AWS, etc.

Qualifications:

• Technologies/required experience for the position:
  • JAVA (JAVA 8 for the on-prem and then JAVA 11 on cloud solutions)
  • AWS (ECS, EC2, terraform, etc.)
  • Angular (Angular 11+)
  • Spring-Boot
  • WebSphere
  • Docker
  • NoSQL, PosgreSQL
• Team Size & Structure: Will be working with BA & QA associates and then a team of 3-4 developers working on this functionality and integrating into the platform
• Education or Certification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar but flex if they’re experienced
