Description:

This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology.  Therefore, to conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Operations
    • Generate ad-hoc reports or report information for end-users
    • Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements
    • Perform transaction processing and maintain report forms and formats, dashboards, canned reports and other end-user information portals and sources.
    • Report on activity and provide reporting support
    • Review routine business issues using data from internal and external sources and provide data to next level leadership
    • Assist in the development of reports for management on the overall performance of business and assist in the development of metrics to measure various characteristics of the business reporting
    • Will present findings and recommendations to appropriate groups and help to determine what actionable steps can be taken based on the findings
  • Process Improvement
    • Assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
    • Collect data to identify root cause of problems
    • Measure performance against process requirements

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA or Associates Required
  • Experience with and knowledge of: Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
  • Experience in delivering high caliber soft skills including time management, interpersonal skills and customer service
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in work is a must; as is the ability to set priorities and handle multiple deadlines
