Description:

Kforce is looking for a Business Technical Analyst with technical business analysis experience to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our top Fortune 25 clients in Saint Louis, MO. Responsibilities:

  • In this role, the Business Technical Analyst will be determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users
  • Reporting to Management and obtaining approval for system development projects
  • Ensuring end-user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments
  • Collects and analyzes business requirements using structured methods producing deliverables such as Business Use Cases, Keystroke documents, Sequence Diagrams, BRD etc.
  • The Business Technical Analyst will collaborate in performing ‘gap analysis’ in evaluation of application software and makes recommendations to business and management
  • Identify conflicting business practices and integration issues, suggesting alternative solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • BA experience
  • Visio experience
  • MS Office experience
