You’ll join FDM as a Consultant in our Change and Transformation Practice, where you’ll start your journey developing key skills in a practice-based learning environment for 4 weeks. You will then be able to start delivering projects for our clients across a wide range of industries. Client assignments could provide you with the opportunity to operate as a Change Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master and more, with access to continuous upskilling and career development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills  
• A strong aptitude for technology and the interest and drive to expand your technical skill set
• Knowledge and exposure in Excel and/or SQL are preferred
• Able to commit to work for FDM for a minimum of two years as a Consultant following the initial training period
• Legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship
