Description:

The Identity Management Specialist is responsible for the full identity lifecycle. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management systems, policies, and procedures. You will also provide technical support and troubleshooting for identity-related issues and incidents. This position is also responsible for managing various groups within our identity platforms as appropriate.

To include managing, creating, modifying, and deleting user identities, and maintaining the access those identities have to computer systems, as appropriate when authorized requests are submitted.

Responsibilities:

Technical

  • Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management systems, such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, etc.
  • Create, modify, and delete user accounts, roles, job mapping in SAP systems
  • Assign and revoke access rights and permissions based on business requirements and approval workflows
  • Monitor and audit user activities and access logs in SAP systems
  • Identify and resolve any issues or incidents related to identity management in SAP systems


Non-Technical

  • Creates, monitors, and ensures end-user identities adhere to IT security policy, procedures, and best practices
  • Oversees the administration, documenting, and monitoring inventory control for all IAM systems to ensure they are running optimally to provide uninterrupted service
  • Creates, updates, implements, and maintains IAM procedures always analyzing the processes for better efficiency of service delivery
  • Responsible for the compilation and analysis of data for proper reporting and metrics to ensure the systems are running as designed
  • Partners with the business to promote security access, user accessibility, and business processes
  • Analyzes and prepares correspondence, graphs, charts, and reports using various software to ensure that the systems and Identities meet company standards
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end users and other IT staff on identity management related matters

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail

  • Solid understanding of computer systems and access controls
  • Heavy analytics ability and the ability to perform complex audits
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Office 365 suite
  • Working Knowledge of excel formulas (Vlookup, match, etc.)
  • Experience with Active Directory and scripting is preferred
  • Reporting on identity and access management system activity
  • 2 years of education beyond high school directly related to information technology or cyber security
  • Cyber security or Identity Management job experience of at least three years
