A significant gender gap has persisted throughout the years at all levels of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) disciplines all over the world. Even though women have made tremendous progress toward increasing their participation in higher education, they are still under-represented in these fields. In this dynamic panel discussion we highlight three Women in STEM with roles spanning across mechanical engineering, product development, and information security. We will discuss the common inequities seen in the field and personal examples of how these women have navigated difficult environments within the workplace and beyond. Panelists share more about their career journeys and what led them to landing a job at Nike. They share glimpses of their day-to-day projects and the technical initiatives they are currently leading.
Learners and alumni from all walks of life can benefit from the insights shared in this webinar.
