Our Fortune 500 managed healthcare and insurance company is looking for an eager Associate Business/Agile Analyst to join their team! We have a great opportunity for an Business/Agile Analyst that is ready to work at the enterprise level. As part of the Agile Center of Enablement (ACoE), you will help us bring consistency to our agile portfolio. An ACoE Agile Coaching Analyst is a key member of the ACoE team, contributing to and delivering on efforts that maximize business value and deliver necessary enhancements and functionality to all customers. They must have strong business and analytical skills. The incumbent utilizes business analyst skills to gather and deliver on requirements need to enable Agile coaches and teams.

Contract-to-Hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Agile process definition and oversight
  • Requirements Gathering from various stakeholders across the Enterprise
  • Maintaining agile process/practice libraries and internal sites
  • Creating/Gathering graphics or workflows for training content or site pages
  • Maintaining and developing Agile Maturity Assessments
  • Monitoring agile training/coaching request through service desks or group mailboxes
  • Administration of agile training courses, including SAFe certifications

Qualifications:

  • 0 to 3 years of technology experience. Prior Analyst/UI/UX/Agile role experience highly desirable.
  • Understanding of Agile Principles, Values, and team/scaling frameworks. Conflict resolution, motivation, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Experience in an Agile Lifecycle Management tool desirable (Jira/Jira Align, VersionOne, Rally, etc)
  • One or more Agile certification(s) from an external certifying organization highly desirable.
